The club officers are currently working on the ASUO application, so O Nutrition can become a University-recognized club. We have two open officer positions: Secretary and Treasurer. Click here to find out more!
After the conclusion of our summer harvest from the O Nutrition garden, we have begun a new project: a cookbook! Submit your favorite recipes at the next meeting or email them to us at onutrition@gmail.com. We are aiming to have the total cost per copy be only $1 or $2, so we can sell the cookbooks for about $5 each and make a profit (for our first official fundraiser).
Many club members are interested in joining a CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture). Please take our poll to help us decide! The CSA we will probably consider first is Good Food Easy, which is co-owned by Lynn Crosby, one of our former guest speakers. Good Food Easy offers three different sizes of shares and will deliver to campus. In addition, Lynn's farm operates year-round and you only have to subscribe for a month at a time. Belonging to a CSA helps support your local organic farmers, and it can help you get creative in the kitchen!
